The Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify SKiiBOX no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 21). The consumer must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was given (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 25). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases below NOK 300 including shipping and additional costs (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 2).
Contact us and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 12 (a)). If you use or examine the item(s) in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, and this results in a reduction of their value, SKiiBOX may deduct an amount corresponding to that reduction in value from the purchase price to be refunded.
All products must be returned to SKiiBOX within a reasonable time when the right of withdrawal is used. This means you cannot send the item to us cash on delivery, and you carry the risk for the transport of the item back to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging together with a completed withdrawal form. The return must be made to SKiiBOX in accordance with the applicable terms.
The right of withdrawal requires the customer to cover the return costs (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 8 (i)). If the goods cannot be returned by ordinary mail, we recommend Posten.no or PostNord.no for more information and for arranging the return of larger parcels. If the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than this, that cost is borne by the customer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 24). To create a return/shipping label, do the following:
If you ship with a different carrier, our return address is:
Elbilgrossisten AS
Gladengveien 18

SKiiBOX is obliged to refund what you have paid, including postage for the shipment, handling fees, customs duties, cash-on-delivery fees, etc. This applies only when the entire purchase is returned.
Please also note that installed items, special-order items and custom-made products are not exchanged, as these are personally adapted to the customer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 (e)). We are obliged to refund what you have paid, including postage for the shipment to you, handling fees, customs duties, cash-on-delivery fees, etc. This applies only when the entire purchase is returned. Special-order items may be returned by agreement against a fee of 20% of the purchase price.
The refund shall take place within 14 days after SKiiBOX has received the withdrawal notice, but nevertheless not before 2 days after SKiiBOX has received the return from you, or documentation from you that you have sent the return back to SKiiBOX.
It requires an active action* from you, in such a way that there is no doubt that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. With an active action we can handle the case quickly and efficiently for both parties, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (* ref. the 14-day deadline stated in the Right of Withdrawal Act § 11).
If you do not collect the order and otherwise remain entirely passive, this gives us no indication of why the parcel has not been collected. You will then not have fulfilled the requirements placed on you under the Right of Withdrawal Act § 11 and § 13, and you therefore lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. When the order is returned to us as uncollected, it will be credited in full and the goods placed back in stock. We will send a separate invoice covering postage both ways, plus an uncollected-parcel fee of NOK 490 to cover our handling costs.
The right of withdrawal entitles the seller to charge the customer if the product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and/or function of the goods (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 25).
The purchase price is refunded using the same means of payment you used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed or unless there is an obstacle to refunding via the payment method used.
Further information on how to exercise your right of withdrawal is set out in the withdrawal form.
