At SKIIBOX, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Below you will find information about transport damage, returns, and your right of withdrawal.
If your product has been damaged during transport from our production facility to you as the customer, please take clear photos of the received SKIIBOX in its original packaging and send them to us directly. We will review the case together with you and work to find a satisfactory solution.
If we approve the return of a SKIIBOX, the customer must initially pay the return freight. If, after inspection, we determine that the claim is valid, the freight cost will be reimbursed.
Under applicable consumer protection legislation, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your notice.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases below NOK 300 including shipping and additional costs, where applicable under relevant law.

To qualify for withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same quantity and substantially the same condition as when you received it. You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, and this results in a reduction in value, SKIIBOX reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund.
All products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back to us within a reasonable time. The customer may not send goods to us as cash on delivery. The customer bears the risk associated with the return transport until the goods have been received by us.
The product must be returned in its original packaging together with a completed withdrawal form, if applicable. Returns must be made in accordance with our current return procedures.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when using the right of withdrawal. If the goods cannot be returned by normal post due to size or weight, we recommend checking with a suitable freight carrier for return options for larger packages.

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we are obliged to refund the amount you have paid, including the original delivery cost, provided that the entire purchase is returned. Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been sent back to us.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or unless the original payment method prevents such refund.
Please note that installed products, made-to-order goods, and custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned where they are considered personalized or specially adapted for the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
Made-to-order goods may, in some cases, be returned only by prior agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must take an active step that clearly shows that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. This allows us to process your case quickly and efficiently for both parties.
If you do not collect your order and otherwise remain passive, this will not be considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. In such cases, the order may be returned to us as uncollected, credited, and returned to stock.
We reserve the right to invoice the customer for the actual shipping costs both ways, as well as an uncollected parcel handling fee, to cover our administrative and logistics costs.
If the returned product has suffered a reduction in value because it has been used or handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, SKIIBOX reserves the right to charge the customer for that reduction in value.
